BOOKING PROCEDURE:

You can enquire about availability via the Bookings section of the website, or by calling Lambros (in the UK) on +44 (0)7946 352192, or Stella (in Cyprus) on +357 99 423006. Once you complete the online booking form, you will receive an email from us summarising the details of your request, such as arrival and departure dates, your special requests (if any), the invoice total, and any deposit to be paid. In order for your booking to be confirmed we must receive your deposit or full payment (see below). For bookings made more than 40 days before your scheduled arrival, a non-refundable 25% deposit is required to secure your dates.The remaining 75% will need to be settled 40 days prior to your scheduled stay If the booking is made less than 40 days from your scheduled arrival, full payment for your stay will be necessary. If, for any reason that holds us liable, we are unable to provide you with a final confirmation, any payment received will be fully refunded.

HOW YOU CAN MAKE PAYMENTS?

Payment can be made via bank transfer or personal cheque. Details will be provided in the confirmation email.

CANCELLATION:

If you decide to cancel your booking, any amount paid is non-refundable.

 CHECKING-IN/OUT:

Please note that the earliest you can check-in is14:00pm. The latest you can check-out by is 12:00pm. Different times may be possible with prior arrangement. Please enquire by email.

 SECURITY DEPOSIT: 

Please be aware that you will be billed for any missing items, damage or breakages caused by your party in the period of your stay.

COMPLAINTS AND RESOLUTION

We anticipate that you will have no complaints. However, if you do, you should inform us immediately so that we can work to put it right. If you fail to inform us immediately, we cannot guarantee a quick resolution.
